CVGo XML Day Data Report​

Navigation: Shell18 > Reports > CVGo - XML Day Data

A read-only report view that combines POS data, transactions, and line items into a flat table.

Available columns: Day Data name, Cashier, Receipt/OR Number, Item description, Price, Quantity, Value, Sales Total, Discount, Tax Amount

Grouping options (all enabled by default):

  • Day Data: Group by upload file
  • Cashier Name: Group by cashier
  • Transaction Type: Group by line type (PRODUCT, DISCOUNT, MOP, etc.)
  • Transaction For: Group by BIR type (FUEL, SHOP)
  • OR Number: Group by receipt/OR number

Searchable by: Day Data name, Date, Period ID, POS Name, Cashier Name, Branch.

Audit Logs​

Navigation: Shell18 > CVGo > XML Day Data > open record > Logs tab

Each CVGo POS Data record maintains an audit log with:

  • Info: Normal processing messages
  • Warning: Non-critical issues (auto-created MOPs, partners)
  • Error: Failed operations with receipt identifier for troubleshooting

The receipt identifier on error logs lets you trace exactly which transaction failed during posting — useful when reconciliation shows skipped transactions.
